RESOLUTION NO. 2004-206
APPROVING THE FINDING OF NO LOSS AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM
PLYMOUTH ICE ARENA EXPANSION
CITY PROJECT NO. 3129
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, is requesting a wetland replacement exemption for excavation
of a small area in a Type I wetland basin east of the Plymouth Ice Arena; and
WHEREAS, the proposed excavation is considered a No Loss and is exempt from the Minnesota
Wetland Conservation Act pursuant to MN Rule Chapter 8420.0122.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the finding of No Loss is approved and the Mayor is
authorized to execute a Certificate of Exemption Form for Plymouth Ice Arena Expansion.
Adopted by the City Council on May 25, 2004.
