RESOLUTION NO. 2004-205
APPROVING ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR
LICENSES FOR RICHARD DUTTON, D/B/A
DUTTON'S BAR & GRILL, 1115 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale and Sunday intoxicating
liquor licenses from Richard Dutton. d/b/a Dutton's Bar & Grill, 1115 Vicksburg Lane;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department
resulted in no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the establishment abuts a residential neighborhood and noise complaints
have been made relating to a previous establishment holding a liquor license at this
location.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to
deny the license; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
approves On -Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor Licenses from Richard Dutton, d/b/a
Dutton's Bar & Grill, 1115 Vicksburg Lane, with the following conditions:
No outdoor seating would be allowed on the site.
2. The business would close at midnight Sunday through Thursday, 1 a.m. on
Friday and Saturday.
Regarding amplified music or sound, the following would be prohibited:
(a) live musical performances including singers, bands, use of musical
instruments, karaoke
(b) any electronically amplified music or sound that can be heard more
than 10 feet from the interior of the licensed premises including
radio, television, compact disc players, and juke boxes
