RESOLUTION 2004-200
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING BID
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has finished the final plans for the Nathan
Lane/Highway 55 Service Road Trail Project; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommended that this project be bid at this
time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to solicit bids for the Nathan Lane/Highway 55
Service Road Trail Project.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on May 25, 2004.
