RESOLUTION NO. 2004-191
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
INSURANCE FOR THE 2004/2005 INSURANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City desires to purchase insurance coverage for potential liability and
property losses; and
WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the proposal for the necessary insurance coverage;
and
WHEREAS, the City received a proposal from the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance
Trust for $270,917 for coverages and limitations set forth in the Risk Management
Coordinator's memo dated May 17, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council award the contract
for all insurance coverage's as outlined in the Risk Management Coordinator's memo, to
the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust for $270,917.
Adopted by the City Council on May 25, 2004.
