RESOLUTION NO. 2004-188
APPROVING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT AND
SPECIALASSESSMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, parking facilities at the Ice Center/LifeTime Fitness Complex were expanded
in 2003; and
WHEREAS, the cost for said facility is to be jointly shared between the two parties; and
WHEREAS, a public improvement and special assessment agreement has been drafted to
levy half the cost of this project to LifeTime Fitness.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the
special assessment agreement is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to sign the agreement.
