HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2004-184CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2004-184 APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT TO INSTALL AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR AT THE CORNERSTONE COMMONS ASSISTED LIVING BUILDING LOCATED AT 3750 LAWNDALE LANE NORTH (2004023) WHEREAS, Elim Care, Inc. has requested a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment for property legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Cornerstone Commons, 4"' Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Elim Care, Inc., subject to the following findings and conditions: 1. A PUD amendment is approved to install an emergency generator, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on March 5, 2004, except as may be amended by this resolution. 2. Prior to installation, the applicant shall apply for and receive separate tank/mechanical permits (as is applicable) and a building permit for the enclosure. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. ADOPTED by the City Council on May 11, 2004.
