RESOLUTION NO. 2004-179
CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER TO THE
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Leon Michlitsch was appointed to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in
August 1999; and
WHEREAS, he has submitted his resignation from the committee effective March 31, 2004, and
WHEREAS, Mayor Johnson has appointed James Kovach to serve on the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority with a term to expire January 31, 2005.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth City Council hereby confirms this
appointment to the HRA.
Adopted by the City Council on April 27, 2004.
