APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PARKERS LAKE ROCK WEIR PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2026
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Addition of sheet piling along the 96" storm sewer apron, additional shaping of
the lake bank and additional sediment excavation.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Parkers Lake Rock Weir Project, City Project No. 2026,
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for Sunram Constriction,
Inc., City Project No. 2026, by adding $27,960 is approved:

REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$58,008
- Add 27,960
$85,968
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: Additional fiinding in the amount of $27,960 be from the
Water Resources Fund.
