RESOLUTION No. 2012-036
A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPEAL OF DENIAL OF MASSAGE
THERAPIST LICENSE FOR STEVE EKLAND
WHEREAS, the Council conducted a hearing on January 24, 2012 by request of Steve
Elland to appeal the recommendation from the Police Department to deny his 2012 renewal
application for a Massage Therapist Certificate; and
WHEREAS, following the hearing, the Council granted the appeal and directed staff to
issue the 2012 Massage Therapy Certificate to Steve Elland,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the appeal is hereby granted on the denial of
the Massage Therapist License for Steve Elland and staff is directed to issue the 2012 Massage
Therapist Certificate to Steve Elland.
