ORDINANCE NO. 2014-15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 55
AND WEST OF COUNTY ROAD 101 (2014007)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of City Code. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RMF -2 (multiple family 2) with
respect to the roughly 9 -acre parcel presently legally described as follows:
That part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
18, Township 118, Range 22, lying South of State Highway No. 55 as now traveled and
used, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on April 22, 2014.
