RESOLUTION No. 2014-124
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGES TO POLLING
LOCATIONS FOR CITY ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, due to concerns with parking and adjacent uses, the polling locations for Precincts 16
and 23 need to be changed for future City elections (State Primary and General Elections); and
WHEREAS, Christ Memorial Church located at 13501 Sunset Trail was previously designated as
the polling location for Precinct 16; and
WHEREAS, Fire Station No. 2 located at 12000 Old Rockford Road was previously designated as
the polling location for Precinct 23; and
WHEREAS, any changes to the City polling locations must be made by May 14, 2014;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Fourth Baptist Church located at 900 Forestview Lane North is hereby designated as
the polling location for Precinct 16, and Mount Olivet Lutheran Church located at 12235 Old Rockford
Road, is hereby designated as the polling location for Precinct 23.
