HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2014-121CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2014-121 RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS 54TH AVENUE FROM CSAH 101 TO PEONY LANE 57TH AVENUE FROM VICKSBURG LANE TO CHESHIRE LANE WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the streets hereinafter described should be revoked as Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota Law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the roads described as follows, to -wit: Revocation 54th Avenue from CSAH 101 to Peony Lane Revocation 57th Avenue from Vicksburg Lane to Cheshire Lane be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Plymouth subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said roads or portions thereof, that the same be constructed, improved, and maintained as Municipal State Aid streets.
