RESOLUTION No. 2014-108
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ON -SALE WINE AND 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
SRISAINAVRAM INC., D/B/A BAWARCHI INDIAN CUSINE,
187 CHESHIRE LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale wine and 3.2 liquor licenses
from Srisainavram Inc., d/b/a Bawarchi Indian Cusine, 187 Cheshire Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the on -sale wine and 3.2 liquor licenses are
hereby approved for Srisainavram Inc., d/b/a Bawarchi Indian Cusine, 187 Cheshire Lane North.
The liquor license is issued for the period through January 31, 2015.
