Many of the short-range implementation strategies (ordinance updates, Transit projects included in main CIP for first time, including park and rideetc.) completed ; expansions The challenge of maintaining and replacing existing infrastructure will j grow as the City ages Non-CIP implementation strategies coming forward to Council in near i future will include study of regulatory barriers to affordable housing (5-1)
