SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
APRIL 10, 1995
A special Council meeting of the City of Plymouth was called to order by Deputy Mayor
Edson at 5:30 p.m. in the Public Safety Training Room, 3400 Plymouth Blvd., on
April 10, 1995.
PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Edson; Councilmembers Anderson, Wold, and Helliwell.
ABSENT: Mayor Tierney, Councilmembers Lymangood and Granath.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Johnson, Assistant Manager Lueckert, Public Works
Director Moore, Public Safety Director Gerdes, Park and Recreation Director Blank,
Finance Director Hahn, Housing Specialist Dale, City Engineer Faulkner, Building Official
Ryan, and City Clerk Ahrens
Members from the following boards and commissions were present: Planning
Commission, Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals, Park and Recreation Advisory
Commission, Financial Advisory Committee, Open Space Committee, Housing and
Redevelopment Authority, Environmental Quality Committee, and the Human Rights
Commission.
Deputy Mayor Edson thanked board and commission members for their service to the
City. Outgoing members were presented plaques, and all members received a letter of
appreciation.
Following refreshments, the meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
