RESOLUTION No. 2012-014
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT KNOWN AS THE COURT DATA SERVICES SUBSCRIBER AMENDMENT
THAT DELEGATES AUTHORITY TO THE BUREAU OF CRIMINAL APPREHENSION (BCA)
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY TO
COVER THE COURT DATA REQUIRED FOR ECHARGING.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on behalf of its Prosecuting Attorney and Police
Department desires to enter into the Court Data Services Subscriber Amendment to CJDN
Subscriber Agreement.
WHEREAS, the City Manager, Laurie Ahrens, or her successor, is hereby designated as
the authorized representative to sign said agreement and is hereby authorized to sign any
subsequent agreements or amendments thereto, which may be required by the State of
Minnesota.
WHEREAS, Plymouth Mayor Kelli Slavik and Plymouth City Manager Laurie Ahrens
are hereby authorized to sign the Court Data Services Subscriber Amendment to CJDN
Subscriber Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Court Data Services Subscriber
Amendment CJDN Subscriber Agreement is hereby approved. A copy of said Subscriber
Agreement is Attached hereto and made a part hereof.
