RESOLUTION No. 2012-011
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PLYMOUTH CREEK
CATERING CONTRACTS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Creek Center entered into one year contracts with Town & Country
catering, Medina Catering and Mintahoe Catering in 2007; and
and
WHEREAS, the contracts were extended three years and have expired as of December 31, 2011;
WHEREAS, these caterers have done an outstanding job in providing services to our customers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council hereby approves contracts with Town &
Country Catering, Medina Catering and Mintahoe Catering covering 2012 through 2014 at the Plymouth
Creek Center.
Approved this 10th day of January 2012.
