Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2012-009CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2012-009 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT 2012 MEMBERSHIP DUES BASSETT CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION ELM CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION SHINGLE CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is party to a joint powers agreement with the Bassett Creek, Elm Creek, and Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commissions; and WHEREAS, the Watershed commission membership dues were included in the 2012 Budget as approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, financing will come from the Water Resources Fund in the amount of $209,101.00 for the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission, $12,075.14 for the Elm Creek Watershed Management Commission, and $48,166.38 for the Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The City Council authorizes payment of membership dues for the Bassett Creek, Elm Creek, and Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commissions totaling $269,342.52. Approved this 10th day of January, 2012.
