RESOLUTION No. 2012-005
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FOR CHANGE ORDER 1 AND FINAL
CONSTRUCTION IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as the owner and Falls & Nyhusmoen, Inc. as the
contractor, have entered into an agreement for the constriction portion of the City Council Chambers
Renovation Project, and said agreement was approved by the City Council on July 12, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the original contract amount was $176,825, and the contractor has submitted
Change Order I and final payment for $12,515.97; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth's consultant, Elert & Associates, has certified acceptance of
the work and approval of the final request for payment; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and accepted all work on this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. I and Final Payment in the total
amount of $12,515.97 is hereby approved for a total contract amount of $180,499.72.
