SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
MARCH 6, 1996
A special meeting of the Plymouth City Council was called to order by Mayor Tierney at
5:30 p.m. in the Public Safety Training Room, 3400 Plymouth Blvd., on March 6, 1996.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Tierney, Councilmembers Lymangood, Preus, Black, and
Wold.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Anderson and Granath.
The City Council and staff members hosted a reception for City board and commission
members. Mayor Tierney presented plaques of appreciation to outgoing commissioners
and thanked all board and commission members for their service to the City.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
