Special Council Meeting
December 2, 2003
Mayor Johnson called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:00
p.m. at the Plymouth Creek Center, 14800 34th Avenue North, on December 2, 2003.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Johnson, Councilmembers Hewitt, Slavik, Neset, Bildsoe,
Black, and Stein.

STAFF PRESENT: Consultant Brull, Human Resources Manager Sobania, Interim City
Manager Ahrens (arrived at 6:30 p.m.), and City Clerk Paulson (arrived at 6:30 p.m.).
The Council met and discussed with Consultant Brull and Human Resources Manager
Sobania the applications that were received for the City Manager position. The Council
selected five candidates that would proceed to the interview process. They requested
Consultant Brull to contact the five individuals to schedule interviews with City staff and
Council on December 8-9.
The Council conducted interviews for residents who had applied for the City's boards
and commissions.
The Council stated they would be conducting Special Council Meetings on December 8-9
for the purpose of interviewing the five candidates for the City Manager position.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 p.m.
