RESOLUTION No. 2014-055
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A TOBACCO LICENSE FOR
E CIG POD USA LLC; D/B/A E CIG POD,
5465 ORCHID LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Tobacco License for E CIG
POD USA LLC; d/b/a E CIG POD, 5465 Orchid Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds no reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Tobacco License, valid for the
period through December 31, 2014, for E CIG POD USA LLC; d/b/a E CIG POD, 5465
Orchid Lane North is hereby approved.
