A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISTRIBUTION OF
TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN ASSESSMENTS
WITHIN THE TRILLIUM WOODS ADDITION DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, tnml. sanitary sewer and watermain assessments iyere adopted for the Trillium
Woods development by Resolution No. 2011-234 on July 12, 2011,
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has requested clarification of the distribution of the
assessments against the Trillium Woods plat.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that such assessment distribution, a cope of i"hich is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall constitute the special assessment against the lands
named therein is hereby approved.
