Special Council Meeting
September 9, 2003
Mayor Johnson called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:09 p.m. in
the Public Safety Training Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on September 9, 2003.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Johnson, Councilmembers Hewitt, Slavik, Bildsoe, Neset, Black,
and Stein.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Johnson, Assistant City Manager Ahrens, Community
Development Director Hurlburt, Public Works Director Faulkner, Police Chief Gerdes,
Lieutenant Webb and Deputy City Clerk Gulbrand.
Architect Proposals for the Public Safety Building Expansion Project
The Council met with the Boarman Kroos Vogel Group and discussed the project and the
proposed architectural contract. Representatives of the Boarman Group agreed to reduce the
architectural fee from 9 to 8 percent. This will be reflected in the contract, which will be
considered by the Council on September 23. .
Adiournment
Mayor Johnson adjourned the meeting at 6:25 p.m.
