2003 Board of Appeal and Equalization Reconvened
April 29, 2003
The Reconvened Meeting of the 2003 Board of Appeal and Equalization was called to
order by Mayor Johnson at 7:04 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, on April 29, 2003. This meeting was reconvened from April 15, 2003.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Johnson, Councilmembers Hewitt, Slavik, Neset, Black,
and Bildsoe.
COUNCIL ABSENT: Councilmember Stein.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Johnson, Assistant City Manager Ahrens, City
Assessor Bye, Senior Appraiser Olsson, Appraisers Kingsbury, Bowman, and Henderson,
Finance Director Dale Hahn, Community Development Director Hurlburt, and City Clerk
Paulson.
City Assessor Bye highlighted staff recommendations on appeals received at the Board of
Equalization meeting conducted on April 15.
Motion was made by Councilmember Black, and seconded by Councilmember Bildsoe,
to approve staff's recommendations. With all members voting in favor, the motion
carried.
Adiournment
Mayor Johnson declared the meeting adjourned a07 p.m.
