ORDINANCE NO. 2014-05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 5635 VICKSBURG LANE (2013095)
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of Cite. Chapter 21 of the City Code of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Plymouth
Zoning Map from FRD (future restricted development) to RSF-2 (single family detached 2) with
respect to the roughly 40 -acre parcel presently legally described as follows:
The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 118 North,
Range 22, West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect immediately upon its
passage.
ADOPTED by the Plymouth City Council on January 14, 2014.
