RESOLUTION 2014-013
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS AND
EASEMENTS FOR STREETS AND UTILITIES FOR TRILLIUM WOODS (2008085F)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth approved the final plat and development contract for
the first phase of Trillium Woods on the roughly 46 acres of land located at the southeast corner
of Juneau Lane and County Road 47;
WHEREAS, the city approved purchase agreements and easements covering the
extension of streets and utilities to said plat;
WHEREAS, the applicant requested revisions to said purchase agreements and
easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the request by LCS-Westminster Partnership V, LLP to approve the amended purchase
agreements and easements for Trillium Woods and the mayor and city manager be authorized to
execute the amendment on behalf of the city; and,
FURTHER, that applicant record the amended documents and proof of recording be
furnished to the City.
