RESOLUTION No. 2014-011
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITIES FOR CONTINUAL MAINTENANCE
FOR HAMPTON HILLS 3RD ADDITION (201 1002)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 22, 2011, Hampton
Hills Investment, LLC, developer of Hampton Hills 3rd Addition (2011002), has agreed to install
certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee
to reflect the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the financial guarantee requirements are
reduced as follows:

That the required financial guarantee for the above items be reduced as detailed above from
$321,330 to $161,449 to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. IS0001003 may be
reduced accordingly.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the streets are accepted for continuous maintenance
as of January 14, 2014, subject to the one-year guarantee by the Developer per Letter of Credit
No. IS0001003.
