Special Council Meeting
September 29, 2004
Mayor Johnson called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 7:38 p.m. in
the Plymouth Creek Center, 14800 34th Ave. N., on September 29, 2004.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Johnson, Councilmembers Hewitt, Slavik, Bildsoe, Black, and
Stein.
ABSENT: Councilmember Neset.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Ahrens, Community Development Director Hurlburt, Police
Chief Goldstein, Public Services Manager Qvale, Finance Director Hahn and Deputy City Clerk
Gulbrand.
LEGISLATORS AND LEGISLAVTIVE CANDIDATES PRESENT: State Senators Gaither
and Rest, State Representatives Smith and Osterman, John Benson, Sheryl Frieman, and Sandra
Peterson.
