The petition requested that the City fund a police liaison officer at Armstrong High School and the Plymouth Middle School. Mayor Bergman steced that the Council is waiting for a clarification from the School District 281 Superintendent on what the liaison officer would do. There is no money specifically budgeted for a liaison officer in 1992. if the Council chose to participate in such a program during 19921 the source of funds possibly could be from the General Fund Contingency Fund.
