SPECIAL COUNCIL FETING
FEBRUARY 25, 1991
A special meeting of the Plymouth City Council
was called to order by Mayor Bergman in the
Council Chambers of the City Center, 3400
Plymouth Blvd., on February 25, 1991, at 7:00
p.m.
VAESENT: Mayor Bergman, Councilmember Vaailiou
ABSENT: Couneticambers Kelliwell, Ricker, Zitur
STAFF PRESENT: %,ity Manager Willis, Assistant
City Manager Boyles, Public Works Director Moore,
Community Development Coordinator Dillerud,
Recreation Superitendent Sisek, City Attorney
Thomson, and City Clerk Rauenhorst
Manager Willis stated that Councilmember Zitur is
recovering from surgery at Methodist Hospital.
Due to lack of a quorum,
the meeting at 1:01 P -m-
on the rebrunry 25 agenda
to the March 4 agenda.
Mayor Bergman adjourned

will be carried forward
