t.e pavement management study conducteJ during 1987. W. pointed

Zltur, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 98-45 AUTHORIZINr, THE FXECUIION
OF A LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PLYMOUTH
PARK, SEWER AND WATER, STREET AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
EMPLOYELS REPRESENTED BY THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE,
COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES COUNCIL 14 (AFSCME) FOR 1988-
1990.

Mayor Schneider stated Mr. Von Behren has -asked to see specific
