This setback is from Troy lane on the east side. The minimum yard setback from other property lines would be less. Councllmember Sisk stated the property related hardship Is not apparent In that land features would not keep the barn from being built on another spot. Mayor Schneider stated he understands It IS an inconvenience to locate the barn where the minimum City standards would have It, but It would set do undesirable precedent to allow It to be built where Mr. Behme wants It. Mr. Behme stated that the location woulu make this a better looking area than to put it somewhere else. He doesn't believe this would set a precedent [n Troy Ridge, Mayor Schneider pointed out that the precedent would apply to the whole City and not just Troy Ridge. Councilmember Sisk polnced out that the City musi. use the ordl- n,ince vdrlanee criteria for granting vdrlances and Mr. Behme doesn't satisfy those.
