A speeidl meeting of the Plymouth City Council was called to
order by Mdyor Schnel&-r at 5:15 P.M. In the City Council
Chambers of the City Ceraer at 3400 Plymarth Boulevard on
November 4, 1987.
PRLSENT: Ndyor Schrielder, Councllmembers Zltur, and Crain,
City Ndndger Willis. Assistant Mdndger Boyles, and
City Clt;rk Brandt
ABSILNT: Councllmembers Vdsillou and Sisk
Ndyor Schneider stated the purpose of the special meeting ads to
canvass the results of the General City Election of November ),
1987.
