Manager Willis stated that the Governor has proposed to reduce Plymouth's local government aid by $31,300 (Sol%) and homestead credit payments by $879000 (6,7%). The estimated imtpart on an average home is a 7,2% InCrease frocs $1.33 to $1.06 per 1,000 gallons based on winter month usage.
