F1 L --.j M I N U 70 E S REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING MARCH 39 1986 A regular meeting of the Plymouth City Council was called to order by Mayor Schneider at 7:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamb,? s of the City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard on March 3, 1986. PRESENT: Mayor Schneider, Councllmembers Vasiliou, Crain, Zitur and Sisk, City Manager Mullis, Assistant Manager Boyles, City Engineer Goldberg, Community Development Coordinator McCann, Park Director Blank„ City Attorney Thomson, and City Clerk Houk ABSENT: None FLAG CEREMONY The Kanl Wi.n Ca Camp Fire girls conducted a flag ceremony. Bob Smith, representing the property owner Craig Scherber, addressed the Planning Commission's concern that this would be a pocket within a high density area by stating that the land to the west of the site is designated low density. He explained the proposed trdnsltlon to the adjoining sites, possible road alignments within the site, pussible trail locations, and future development of the adjacent coiwerrtal area.
