the next Council meeting is scheduled for August
MOTION was made by Councilmember hells, seconded by Council -
member Schneider to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 65-565 ACCEPTING BID
1985 SEAL. COAT AND CURB REPAIR PROtRtAM.
Motion carried on a Roll Call vote, five ayes.
The meeting adjourned at 708 p.m.

SUBJECT Public Nearing on the Proposed Vacation of Evergreen
Goldenrod Lans in Mission Hills Part 6tb Addition
Lane and
The Council bas scheduled a public hearing for the vacation of certain streets
in the Mission Hills Park 6th Addition pursuant to a petition by the developer.
The developer has submitted a am plat. thereby replatting the Mission Hills
Park 6th Addition and some adjacent property.
Ve recommend that the Council adopt the attached resolution
vacation of the streets in the Mission Hills Park 6th Addition

Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held an the day
of 1985. The following members were present:

RESOLUTION NO. 85-
AVfRORIBING THE VACATION OF EVERGREI1 LAMS AND GOLDENROD LANE TV
MISSION HILLS PARR 6TH ADDITION
MHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain streets and utility ease-
ments in Mission Hills Park 6th Addition; and
VREREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for
August 12, 1985 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
VVEREAB, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of August 12, 1985; and
VNEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on August 12, 1985 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain streets and
utility easements in !fission Hills Park 6th Addition; and
VREREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said streets and utility
easements are not needed for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following streets and utility easements be
vacated:
1. All of Evergreen Lane a4 dedicated in Mission Hills Park 6th Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof; and all of Goldenrod Lane as
dedicated in said Mission Hills Park 6th Addition, which lies south-
easterly of a line 25.00 feet southeasterly and parallel with the
centerl;ne of said 41st Avenue. (said 41st Avenue north platted as
40th Avenue North of said Mission Hills Park 6th Addition.
Together with all side, front and rear lot lines utilities easements
for all platted lots 1 through 12, Block I and Lots 1 through 2, Block
2 in the plat of Mission Hills Park 6th Addition.
2. That said vacation shall not affect the authority of any person,
corporation or municipality owning or controlling the electric or
telephone poles and lines, gas sever lines, or watermains and hydrants
thereon or thereunder, to continue maintaining the same or to enter
upon such way a portion thereof vacated to repair, replace, remove
otherwise attended thereto.
S. That the City of Plymouth reserves the easemant rights utility
purposes over and across said vacated streets.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
