BOARD OF REVIEW
JUNE 189 1984
The meeting of the Plymoaith City Council, sitting as the Board of Review, was
reconvened by Mayor Davenport at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard on June 18, 1984.
PRESENT: Mayor Devenport, Councilmembers Schneider, Neils, Moen and Crain, City
Manager Willis, Assistant City Manager Boyles, City Assessor Hovet,
Public Works Director Moore, Planner Tremere, Park Director Blank, City
Attorney Lefler, and Citi Clerk Houk
ABSENT: None
BOARD OF REVIEW
Mayor Davenport stated the purpose of the meeting was to review the Assessing
Division's recommendations upon reappralzal of properties whose estimated 19P4
vaiur was appealed at the public hearing on June 11, 1984.

doing an inside Inspection of the residence which had not been done before.
Mayor Davenport again explained the appeal process to Mr. Hermanek who stated that
he was pleased with the resulting decrease.
MOTION was made by Councilmember Neils, seconded by Councilmember Schneider, to
adopt the Assessing Division's recommended market value of $94,200 for Louis
Hermanek, 18440 33rd Ave., P.I.D. 19.-118-22-24-0023.
Motion carried, five ayes.
MOTION was made by Councilmember Schneider, seconded by Councilmember Neils, to
adopt the Assessing Division's recommended market value of $236,500 for Robert
Cady, 10300 27th Ave., P.I.D. 24-118-22-34-0014.
Motion carried, five ayes.
MOTION was made by Councilmember Neils, seconded by Councilmember Crain, to adopt
the Assessing Division's recommendation of no change in the market value of
16,100 for William and Jean Oberg, 12100 44th Ave., P.I.D. 14-118-22-21-0016.
Motion carried, five ayes.

MOTION was made by Councilmember Schneider, seconded by Counc Umember Neils, to
adopt the Assessing Division's recommendat!on that the 1984 agricultural taxable
value be raduced from $87,200 to $84,400 for Laurance Elwell, 6521 Highway 101, P.I.O. 06-118-22-32-0001; and that there be no change in value for P.I.D.

Motion carried, five ayes.
The Board of Review was adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
