Manager Willis reported that the Pldnning CoomisslunV has
rev dewed the proposal and recommended approval. lower er on
April 26 the petitioner submitted another plan and requ03ted
that It be submitted to the Cowncll. Staff has not dlsuussed
tl* revised plan with the petitioner and has not had the
opportunity to analyte it. The changes are substantlal and
hangar Willis recommendtof that the matter be referred back to
the Paanning Cummisslon, per City pullcy, without the Council
taking aay action.
Greg Frank, PeCombsetnutsun, showed a slide representing the
upugra y of the slr.e. He stated that last year when they were
before the Council they had asked for reputdloq. That
dKIlratlun was deo led. The present appllcatiun Is In
co fugumnee with the guiding, tie stated that when the plan was
submitted to the Planning Cumm,lsston there were some concerns
regarding phasing, denlsty, and bonus points. The :evlsel
Wfurvidtiun addresses some of those concerns. He stated them
s a problem relating to the lnstalldtlon of C.R. 61 and the
stagIng of the develupw t. Their reviaed Pian shows a chaNe
to thin curve of C.R. 61 from two degre03 to four degrees.. W

seeking Council direction for the Conmisslun's future review of
