PRESEMT: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Threinen, Neiis, Schneider dnd Moen, City Manager Wlltis, Engineer Moore, Planner Tremere, Park Director Blank, Public Safety Director Ca.rlquist, Environmental Supervisor Peterson, City Attorney Lefler and City Clerk Houk ABaENT: None CONSENT AGEWA NOTION was made by Councitmember Moen, seconded by Councilmember CONSENT ACENDA Schneider, to approve the consent agenda as submitted. MINUTES NOTION was made by Councilmember Moen, seconded by Councllmember MINUTES - SPECIAL Schneider, to approve the minutes of the special meeting of MEETINC OF April 11, 198,3 as submitted. PRESENTATION Mayor Davenlwrt stated that this is the first Police Department PRESENTATION - C~ndatlooi Award ever given. He introduced Public Safety COMMENDATION AWARD Director Carlqulst who described Sergeant Larry Rogers' efforts TO SERCEANT LARRY to arrest the person making terroristic phone calls which ROGERS resulted in the closing of 154 Outstanding cases in 19 different Item 6 cities. Mayor Davenport presented Sergeant Rogers with the Commendation Awit.rd for his extraordinary achievement. PROCLAMATION Mayor Davenport read a proeldmatlon designating the week of PROCLAMATION - April IS -22 as Minnesota's Annual Building Safety Week.
