PRESENT: Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmemters Schneider and Threineup Manager Willis. ABSENT: Mayor Davenport and Councjlmember Neils, PUBLIC HEARINGS Acting Mayor Hoyt reopened the public hearing to consider Banner Engineering's request for $1,000,000 industrial development revenue bond financing at 4:J1 p.m. No one chose o speak and the hearing was closed at 4:31 p.m. MOTION was made by Councilenemher Schneider, ceconded by Council - member Threinen, to adopt RESOLUTION N0. 81-1339 A RESOLUTION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BY BANN[R ENGINEERING CORPORATION UNCER THE MU14IZIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,000,000 AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE COMMIT%&'ONER OF SECURITIES FOR APPROVAL THEREOF. Motion carried on a Roll Call vote, three ayes. Acting Mayor Hoyt reopened the public hearing to consider Deltak Corporation's request for $2,000,000 industrial development revenue bond financing at 4:33 p.m. No one chose Lo speak and the hearing was closed at 4:33 p.m. MOTION was made by Acting Mayor Hoyt, seconded by Councilmember Schneider, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 81-134, A RESOLK ION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAI, TO It PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BY DELTAK CORPORATION UNDER THE MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000,000; REFERRING THE PROPOSAL TO THE COMMISSIONER OF SECURITIES; AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS. Motion carried on a Roll Call vote, three ayes.
