A special meeting of the Plymouth City Council was cabled to order by Rayor Hunt
at 5:00. P.m. In the Council Chambers of the City Center at 3400 Ply "0th loulevaral

ABSENT: Councilmember Neils.

member Schneider, to adapt RE30WI0N NO. 80.414, A. RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE RAVOR AND CITY RA AGER TO EXECUTE CONSTRUCTION
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT, WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FIR PROJECT NO. 9SO,
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND VICKSBURG LANE IN6ERSECTION.
Motion carried on a Roll fall note. four ayes%
NOTION was made by Councilmember Schneider, seconded by Council.

AWARDING BID FOR PROJECT NOs. 002 i%ND 9,30, VICKSBURG LANE
AND COUNTY ROAD 6 AND. VICKSBURG LAME IRTkRSECTION, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $142V, ,828.20 TO PROGRESSIVE CONTRACTORS, INC.
OF OSSEO, MINNESOTA%

tions.
Motion carried on, a Roll C411 vote, four ayes.
Managor Willis requested Council to defer awarding the bid
for thq County Read 1S Bikewa. Project No. 708, until he
ascertains the funds that will be available for *,he project
since th% City is iso; in a position to allocate additional
funds to the project. The Council concurred.

FUND (CENTRAL PARK ACCOUNT).
Motion carried on a Roll Cell vote. four ayes.
