HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-528VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS PURSUANT TO DUE CALL AND NOTICE THEREOF, A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, WAS HELD ON THE 28TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. Councilman Kindseth was absent. rr*,t • AA *ie* Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved :ts adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-528 WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived with respect to the utility and street improvement, Project /71-1,0,8,9-D for Sunny Acres Third Addition, WHEREAS, the developer, Gerald Roddy, 2200 Jewell Lane, Wayzata, Minnesota, of Sunny Acres Third Addition is liable to be assessed for the making of these improvements in accordance with his development contract in File A-207 in the Village Clerk's office. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. Such improvements as set out above and for the streets as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution P70-444 adopted October 19, 1970. 2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements." The adoption for this motion was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the vollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hintz and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. ! i Page 2, Resolution 870-528 STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held December 28, 1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Project #71-1,0,8,9-D.
