MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
December 28, 1970
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
of tiie Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
December 28, 1970 at the Council Chambers at 14900 C 23rd
Avenue North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, commencing at 7:30 o'clock
p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, I$ke►*9wbh and Spaeth. The following
members were absent: tkmxK Councilman Kindseth
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
" RESOLUTION NO. 70-527
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ACTING
VILLAGE MANAGER TO SEEK AN EXTENSION WITH THE DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ON CONTRACT NO.
MILAN. -OSA -30(G) UNTIL NOVEMBER 1, 1971
WHEREAS, the village of Plymouth has previously entered
into a contract with the Department of Housing and Urban
Development identified as Contract No. Minn. -OSA -30(G), and
WHEREAS, the completion of said contract and the final
settlement of same has previously been extended by the Department
of Housing and Urban Development until January 20, 1971, and
WHEREAS, it appears that with respect to Site "J" and
Site "I" the completion of required work and data cannot be
obtained by January 20, 1971, and
WHEREAS, it would appear that as to Site "I" eminent
domain proceedings including appeals taken by respondents cannot
