SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Octuber 29, 1979
A special meeting of the Plymouth City Council was called to order by Acting Mayor
Neils, at 7:30 p.me in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 3400 Plymouth
Soul"vard, on October 29, 1979s
PRESENT: Acting Mlalyor Neils, CouncilNrembers Davenport and Hoyt.
ASSENT: Councilmember Spaeth, Mayor Hunt arrived at 7:40 p.m.
Manager Willis introduced the revised site plan for Judy's Restaurant
at 14+420 - 28th Place North and resolutions approving lot division/
consolidation dividing the lot west of Judy's and consolidating one
portion with the existing Judy's site and the other portion with the
Rauenhorst parcel on the other side.
Pob Larson, representing Judy's Restaurant, stated the revisad site
plan was basically the same plan reviewed by the Council at the
October 22 meeting.
Councilmember Davenport stated the Council would act on the
reliance that the conditions of the conditional use pt snit
for the restaurant my be revoked at any time that such
c"ditions are not being met.
NOTION was made by Councilmember No t. seconded by Council -
member Davenport, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 794249 A RESOLUTION
APPROVING REVISED SITE PLAN FOR JUDY'S RESTAURANT AT 14420 -
28TH PLACE NORTH (A-802).
Motion carried on a Roil Call vote, three ayes.
MOTION was made by Councilmember Hoyt, seconded by Council -
member Davenport, to adopt RESOLUTION N0. 79-725, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS
FOR JUDY'S RESTAURANT AND RAUENHORST CORPORATION (A -802)("A-403).
Motion carried on a Roll Call vote, three ayes.
MOTION was made by Councilmember Davenport, seconded by Council -
member Hoyt, to adopt RESOLUTION N0, 79026a A RESOLUTION SETTING
CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISICN/CONSOLIDATTON FOR
JUDY'S RESTAURANT AND RAUENHORST CORPORATION (A-802) (A-403).
Motion carried on a Roll Call vote, three By;IS.
Mayor Hunt arrived at 7:40 p.m. and assumed thrr chair.
Councilmember Davenport expressed concern that two used homes were
being moved onto John Gassner's '.-,,cs at 18225 County Read 24. He
stated that at the time the Planning Commission rev+ewed the request
for variance and lot divi6lon for that parcel, petitioner represented
that two now homes wou-id be built on the parcels.

Mayor Hunt stated the variance and lot division for the Gassner parcel
was approved on the basis of meeting the requirements of a development
contract with respect, to drainage.
Mayor Hunt reported on his meeting with the members of the Candlelight
Terrace Hon* m ers Association.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
