Pursuant to due call anti notice thereo€, a regular meeting of the f
k Village Council o£'the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
i- 21st day of December, 19`70 The following members were present:
;,Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Jo'hnsono-'Aintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was
absent.
�! Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved EE

RESOLUTION NO. 70-524 [
7I WHEREAS, payment to Mr. and :yrs. French for Outlot C of Site A
!lin Timber Shores development was requested to be approved.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
lTHE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

Approval is hereby given to pay Mr. and Mrs. French $19,300
for Outiot C of Site A in consideration of their having euh-
j stantially completed their development work for the plat of
i; Timber Shores and the Village retain $18,800 installment of
j 1970 and relieve the Frenches of any further obligation to
! complete the contract.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnsott'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Ijfollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,

! Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. whereupon the
i
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
