91, 1970, at the Public Works Building, 15900 23rd Avenue Korth,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members etre present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Hindseth, gpaeth and Johnson.
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

compared the attached and foregoing "tract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the 'V1114ge Council of said Village held December 21, 1870,

relates to authorizing the use of eniaent domain to acquire easements
for the construction of Hatan lime between 10th Avenue North and 13th
Avenue Hortb,in.the .Village of Plymouth (Project 70-899).
