VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH a
s Pursuant to due call and notice therof, a regular meeting of the
r! Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
i 21st day of December, 1910. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-521
WHEREAS approval is requested for the disbursements made during
December, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH;
The following disbursements are hereby approved:
Regular payroll in the amount of $19,456.27 fpr perlod'ending 12/15/70.'
General Fund in the -amount of $666,754,44 for period ending 12/21/70.
Construction and Sinking Fund in the amount of $3329184.25 for
period ending 12/31/70.
Firemen's payroll in the amount of $1,997,50 for period ending
12/15/70.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
4� following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,

Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the
resolution Was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on December 21, 1970, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
