RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND CALLING FoR AUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due'call`ind notice'tlsereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of.tha V111age of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
21st day of December, 1970.'

? Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved

WHEREAS. a report has been given by the Village Consultant Engineer
4lto the Village Council on December 21, 1970, recommending the storm

sewer Project No. 70-2A for the following streets, to wit:
#i Lots 5 thru 13, Block 3, Cavanaugh"s 3rd Addition
Lots 4 thru 12, Block 1, Cavanaugh's 3rd Addition
Lots 3 thru 11,'Block S, Cavanaugh's 4th Addition
{ Lots l thru 4, Block.3, Cavanaugh's 4th Addition
Lots 2, thru .1% Block 2, Cavanaugh's 4th -Addition
It Lots 6, thru'-8, Block 1, Cavanaugh's 4th Addition E_
( All , that part of the SE 1z of the, NE 34,. and the -NEA of the SE h,
all of Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, lying northerly of
State -Trunk Highway -#55 'and south of north 15 rods of said

all of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, lying northerly of
State Trunk Highway #55 and westerly of Interstate Highway #494.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE

"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid Improvement in aecoidance -
with the report and the assessment of property abutting or
! within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost'of the
improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429;111, at an
estimated total-coit of the improvement as shown.
2.HA public `searing shall be held on such proposed improvement
on the first day of February, 1971, at the Public Works
Municipal Garage in the Village of Plymouth at TOO P.M.
i The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law."
The -motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
t�seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
] following voted in eavor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
- Hintz, Kindseth and Spagth. .No"one voted against.

Whereupon the motion,was, declared duly passed and adopted.
