Mayor Hunt introduced the Council, staff and Deputy Hennepin County Assessor Ray Johnson. Mrs. Jill Davis, 1615 Troy Lane (Plat 44583, Parcel 7080), questioned rile-inir ;tse' n the valuation of this property since it was unimproved and unhuildable and they were restricted from selling it by a covenant Pan their deed, Mayor Hunt replisd the Assessor bases his appraisal on the valuation of prk)perty in the area and is not aware of er responsible for any covenants on the property. He requested the Assessor' to write to Mrs. Davis with an explanation how he arrived at the current valuation of property.
